well, I was at Reno home brew, I passsed out my cider, that every one likes ( i dont too tart)

had 2 guinnessessesssssss


picked up the makings of a cream stout thats what I make nto my Black Rock mud,

I am thinking that I will send it in to the show for an on air tasting...


or piss in a bottle and send that in.


what ya think?

this is what is in the pot.

6 pounds amber malt e
1 pound black pat
1.5 dme
1 pound flaked barly
2 os cascade hops
4 os lactose

boile like a kidny... ( boil the piss outa it 60 min) half hops at rolling rest 10 min left

chill pitch and primary a week or 2 ( do 2)
secondary to clean it up for a week
bottle it.

3-4 weeks in bottle

drink lots be happy

well its in rednek cooling mode its 30 out side and running the hose over the buckett.

beer sitting in 30 degree water with a 35 ish flush.

1 more hr till I pitch

yeast at 70


should kick off in a bit.
