This is my procedure:
Wrap each bottle in bubble wrap
Place bottles in large zip top bags (I use 2 gal freezer bags)
Prepare box, line bottom with bubble wrap or other material
Place open garbage bag in box
Place ziptops with bottles inside garbage bag
Pack newspaper or other material around the outside of the garbage bag
Squeeze as much air as you can out of the bag
Twist and tie the garbage bag (don't use the drawstrings)
Pack more paper on top of the garbage bag
    Close flaps and tape shut
Make sure bottom is also well taped

Should any of the bottles break, the bubble wrap should contain the glass shards, while the ziptop bag and garbage bag shold contain the liquid. I'd suggest any sort of labeling of you beers be done in a beer-proof manner, just in case. If you identify the contents of the package as beer, they won't ship it. I've never marked my packages as 'fragile' or 'yeast samples' as some have suggested, I rely on my packaging to get it there regardless of how it's handled, and treat it like just any ol' package.

Thanks for the tips chief! You're so super! :jnj

Nah this is Spidey-Whitey we're talking about. I'm sure he'd be very gentle. And possibly cup your balls. He's very considerate.

Well, you'll need to PM me your info. There are things you need to do to be able to do that, but if you ask me how instead of reading this thread, I'll abuse my mod powers to edit your post to make you sound like an ass.
