Luffa...
1. Fluffa
2. If I knew I was going to the armpit of the earth more than a day in advance I would have gladly informed you of it.
3. I still wouldn't have gotten any good beer because you were pulling a train in some seedy motel, and you wouldn't have had time to go BUY any good beer  HA!
5. Face it the bearded bartender (female) was hotter than you... I managed to choke down 2 Blue Moons.

I mean, you're drinkin' it right? So it couldn't be all that bad. Hey, everybody who signed up for this knows how much of a crapshoot it is.

I know the mistakes I made on my 1st batch. My DIPA needs a little time to age but I am thinking it will be fine. My Wit is still in the carboy. I did not want to sign up not knowing how the beer I planned on sending was going to taste. I will try to brew another batch or 2 and if these other 2 turn out okay I will sign up before the 6/1 deadline.

Sweet. I'm in. Thanks for setting this up guys.

Has there been a discussion of the legal ramifications of shipping beer with the USPS?

Cheers,

Simply put it is illegal and they could prosecute if they choose to (probably not going to happen). However if you ship by 3rd party you might piss them off but they cannot arrest you.

You really want to ship either Fedex or UPS. Just lie to them about what is in the box if anyone asks.
