Amen to the humidity in Houston, I was there in January and thought I was going to choke to death on the humidity.

Oh yea, NUTSACK.

What kind of fermenter is that? I've never seen a plastic conical.

A company here in So Cal makes them. They are called Minibrew. I have one and am mildly satisified with it. They are a little tough to sanitize and the threads strip easily...

I have not had any problems with the threads on the plastic conical as of yet. In fact, I am a pretty big fan for the price. They are around 100 bucks after shipping most places on line. I agree with Lars that they are a bit of a pain to sanitize, but I don't see the big difference between this one and most other, more expensive conicals on the market.

Not to worry, I will have a really nice b3 stainless conical in a couple of months after I win the one the tbn boys are giving away.
