Sorry I haven't been able to check in; I've been uber slammed at work. Tis the season for working in a resort town. Sounds like a lot of other folks have been pretty busy too.
I have shipped and received confirmations from all participants as of a couple 3 weeks ago.
I will make a note on my calendar for next year's swap so we can get things moving a little earlier.
