Fully admitted computer tard

I can't get on chat or the live shows. My screen says windows blocked the program. Then it shuts the page down. There isn't any place I can see to unblock it. when I went in and checked the firewall it was off. I also have windows live one care. But couldn't see where it blocked the progams. Please help thi 10th level computer tard.

Internet explorer. It says windows blocked the program because it can't verify the publisher. Publisher:404.html

try this
Go to Tools>Internet Options>Security tab and set the slide to Medium.>Privacy tab and set slide to Medium and then click the Sites button. Add the URL for this site to allow cookies and click Allow>OK>OK. links www.thebrewingnetwork.com and www.thebrewingnetwork.com/forum/chatgo.php Also go here and check your java http://www.javatester.org/version.html this will affect the chat too.
