Chat issues

I'm trying to get the chat to work but when I click on it it says "Java Software" if I click on that it brings me to a page called ChatAddon or some shit like that, so I signed up, but nothing happened, still no chat..any help please?

try checking this page http://www.java.com/en/ and download the proper one for your os and install it and try the chat again
