I checked the 'can i download' tool and it says I have bandwidth, but I can't get the latest episode of The Session downloaded. Used both my laptop and my droid phone. With the laptop I get a 0 byte file. with the droid I get a 503 error in the Beyond Pod download log.

iTunes won't download it either. Starts then stops.

503 is an appropriate response for the congestion the main server was facing today. Looks like it has passed for the most part.

In this case I believe the correct term is "constipation". So we should be able to get our crap now?:lol:

Some other changes to the servers are taking place. If anyone notices anything strange over the next day or two, please find me on facebook (Code Writinfool) and give me a shout.

Everything should go as planned but as we all know, life isn't always like that. Computers aren't either.

I was able to get the show last night. I only wrote the note after trying yesterday morning, again around noon, and then when I got home from work. Good luck with infrastructure changes. I do that for a living. It's not easy. No one thanks you when it goes perfect, because they don't notice. But when it doesn't go smoothly...

Downloads may be briefly be affected starting now until tonight. We're migrating to a partial CDN/caching proxy network and it is a bit experimental.
