Firestone DBA, and for some reason it's not like I remembered. Either the brew process is inconsistent, or my recent tear on high end hoppy bombers has ruined me for fallbacks.

Just cracked the first bottle of my fourth extract brew, a rebrew of my first, a CA APA. I'm just gonna go ahead and blow my own horn now!

Mistakes made on the first one:

Boiled over right after bittering addition
No chiller, Ice bath took 80 mins
Fermented at 78F
Secondary for no good reason

Corrected all those mistakes and what a difference!

I am drinking a nice cold glass of... water... I know, BN party foul...

But I do plan on enjoying a pint or two of my Strawberry Wheat (all grain) later this evening.
