Moved on to a New Glarus Saison. Never had it before, really enjoying it.
Can't say I've ever been disappointed by any of their beers.

Turns out the Uinta is actually pretty good. First beer of the day is a much beter way to give it a fair shake. It's not west coast in your face style hopping, so if that's your thing, this comes up a bit short. If you compare this to East coast styles it stands up quite well on it's own. I also noticed this one benefits from a bit of a rest and warm up in the glass.
