Let's see...
Had a 1/2 pint Maroon & Bold at Pour Decisions Brewery. Picked up a growler of Patersbier and their new Gose.
Had a taste of the Patersbier (just to make sure it was ok).
Just opened a Lagunitas Sucks. Holy hops Batman! I forgot how much I enjoyed this beer last year.

P.S. Saw Dawson at the brewery. He seemed ok, so everyone can relax! :jnj
Gimme oysters and beer (and Durian) for dinner every day of the year...

Just finished a Saison Dupont. Pitched the dregs into my imperial kolsch that didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. We'll see how it is next winter!

My 4th pint of CYBI Union Jack (nearly) cloned. No Simcoe just used more Amarillo.

The keezer is allowed to stay in the kitchen since I moved it in for Christmas dinner and dessert parties ... until Superbowl, which we are hosting as well.

Makes it really easy to go back for just a little bit more ........

Don't know if that will do what you want it to... thought you were talking about sour/wild yeasting the kolsch?
