And good luck w/ that kitchen manager shit, I did it for a while and hated it, although it was in a fucking Outback Steakhouse.
I did 12 years in the kitchens and it taught me a lot, but mostly it taught me that I hate sweating.
I'm not knocking your profession, I've been there and have much respect for those who prepare my food.
And if the oil industry falls out down here again, I'll probably dust off my knives and get right back in there.
