I have had that happen to me 3x in the past year. First with a Czech Pils, then my rebrewed oktoberfest for NHC, and finally a flanders red. Very strange occurrences. I was wondering if it had something to do with the gelatin I was using, but then all my other beers carbed up just fine. I have not tried recarbing the ofest or flanders. I just pulled them out of the kegerator and put them back in my storing fridge until I get the balls to try and carb them up later.
Oh, btw- cream ale with kolsch yeast (delicious....)
