Haha, I'm currently drinking a 750 of Anchorage Brewing's Galaxy White IPA with coriander, kumquat and peppercorns, bottled with Brett and a Wine yeast. Man alive, the Brett and Galaxy hops alone deliver the richest, dankest horse blanket experience in liquid form I've experience before. There's a ton of body to this one despite having brett but overall I would say the Pineapple character from the Brett would be great if those galaxy hops didn't bring the dankness to 11. Definetly a sipper, not because of the alcohol but because the flavors are so rich.

I really dig that beer. It was a pleasantly and surprisingly memorable beer in Anchorage. I wish I would have bought a few bottles to let age to see how the brett develops.

Drinking a pils made with American Noble-ish Hops (Ultra and Santiam). I still prefer hallertau, but these aren't a bad (and inexpensive) substitute. Have been working on a keg of wit that started pouring crystal clear 2.5 weeks after brewing (without finings). Wish my other beers would clear up that quickly and easily!
