I have a Saison that has been cold aging for a week uncarbed and a Sour aging for 6 months warm uncarbed (with medium french oak and 2 lbs of cherries) and an chilled IIPA dry hopped and mega-carbed in a corny keg for a month all blended together. I get wood right off the top! And cherries and some spicy notes along with a bit of hoppiness. Either this is the best beer I've ever had or I'm drunk. Myabe both fuckyeah!
Enjoy Great Beer!

Milk right now but when I get off work I'll be drinking my latest Belgian Pale Ale made with Achouffe yeast. Love that yeast character.

Trying the Stone 13th anniversary for the first time...man I could smell the hops soo much before I even poured it. This is a fantastic monster of a beer, totally what I want my double red to taste like. The dark red color is a perfect crimson with the light through it, and the balance is spot on. Wish I'd had the $ to buy more than 2 bottles.

DRINK THIS, and Soon :D
Cheers,
