This afternoon I came across a two year old bottle of my dunkelroggenweissen. A lower gravity beer like that should have been drunk about a year and a half ago. Still, it was still really good. It dried out a bit more and had great head. I still have one last bottle of it. I think I just may have that one tomorrow when I get back from ice fishing.

stuck in SLC airport for 5 hours and the bars all close at 9.
i miss my keggerator.

by the way, Bayou in SLC is a really nice beer bar.

My own Dusseldorf alt, and a 100% Brett C. beer dried out further in the keg with Brett B. Tangy, musty, earthy and delicious!
