Sitting at Fire on the Moutain in Portland with the customer. Drinking TG IPA and Launitas Lil' Sumpin'. Heading home to try out my dry hopped Amber Ale later. Cold crashed fro 2 weeks. First attempt at dry hopping in conical during secondary fermentation. Nervous.

Knocked off working a wonderful* job in a very large liquor retail outlet at 9:30pm and I am kicking back in this 30/86 ish heat drinking a saison wort using Wey Bo Pils + wheat and dark wheat, that I fermented with WY 1098. It is going down a treat because of the german malt and a solid bitterness, and the keg is about to kick. But then it will be time to tap real saisons. I know it is simple, but I can't believe how good the German malts taste with UK yeast. I might have to make some APAs with just domestic ale malt + that dark wheat, I am sure it would be nice.

* Job may not actually be wonderful.
