Woke up this morning at 8:30 ....great night of sleep!!! Winds still blowing like a $20 hooker, and been raining since about 3pm yesterday. House is holding up fine, no loss of power to this point, sure hope this shit ends sooner than later.....I need to drive to Savannah, Ga tonight, or tomorrow for a beer fest.....and we are under curfew until noon.

Hold on tight over there 0006, it'll be over soon enough!!

It's getting a bit breezy here,... and wet
Transformers are blowing like your little sister.

I still have power, for now. I'm drinking an Abita Restoration ale, and while typing this I realized that is pretty fitting (some of the proceeds from the beer go to Katrina restoration in NO).

Hey! I see someone else from the Gulf Coast....Actually from my home town. Hope you got through the storm with no (beer) damage.

You talking to WB, or me? I assume by your username that you are from Lafayette though.

And btw, I lost a shingle or 2 off of one of my sheds, but no real damage to speak of. I didn't even have to fire up the generator.
