A man who wanted to get his dog out of the shelter was very upset that they didn't have staffing at the shelter at night. He said his dog will be traumatized if he has to stay there. He was also upset that he wasn't called when his wife was arrested so he could get the dog.
A deputy responded to an anonymous report of a sad dog that howls a lot. The deputy found the dog to be healthy-looking.
