Load the link from JP, pause the video.
Use the View Source feature in your browser, I think IE has this too.
Look for the line that has "video_src", it's near the top. You need to copy and paste the part of this line that follows the "file=" portion and put it in a new browser window. (Stop at the end quotation mark)
Your browser should ask you to open it or save to a disk.

Photobucket may re-generate these links for each page load or every few hours or days, etc etc, so the example link above may not work for you.
