I doubt that law enforcement is trolling our forums looking for underage drinkers. And even if by some wierd slim possibility they were, I am pretty sure they couldn't bust him at this point.

I think it's equivalent to all these rappers who rap about the drugs they do and the people they kill. You don't see them getting busted. In the case of a minor in possession or underage drinking, I'm pretty sure you would have to be caught in the act. I could be wrong, I'm not a lawyer.
