Breweries and renewable energy

There have been breweries that have boasted of using 100% renewable energy for their operations before on the Session. Which ones were they? I definitely remember one brewer talking about running purely off solar panels on their roof, and there might be another example. Anyone remember the name of these breweries? It's for a paper I'm writing.

In the PDX area - HUB (Hopworks Urban Brewery) and Old Market Pub. May be a few more as well, that is off the top of my head.
