Well..... Hi
The name's Dan and I hail from Melbourne Australia, a hellova long way south of most of the other Aussies I see posting in the forum.
Right now, my very first batch of all grain homebrew is in the bottle waiting for me to try it. A bunch of the things that went into the making of this first (hopefully of many) batch came from listening to the BN and I'd like to say thanks very much to you all, brewcasters and listeners alike, for the many things I have learned, and the fun I have had listening while I did my learning. Thanks Heaps.
If you have been listening to the Graham Sanders on the Aussie Craftbrewers Radio show, you will have heard my muffled voice a couple of times recently, talking about my very first batch; and my cheap arsed attempt at constructing a brewery. I feel kind of funny knowing that before I even introduce myself to you all, you might well have already heard my silly stories replayed with Grahams' show on the BN. I finally got the live feed to work on my computer, its taken me weeks!! And I think that I might be able to drop into the chat on Sunday for the first time as well.
