Newb to BN from middle TN

Sun Aug 24, 2014 8:09 pm

This is my first post. I've been brewing since 1993. All grain since 1995, started with a corona mill and a zPap mash tun. Today's rig is a single tier 10 gallon batch system. I may have been doing this for awhile....but I'm here to learn, participate, and support. I usually brew what I'd call propagation batches so that I can harvest my yeast for making high gravity beers. I just try to make exceptional beers that I can share with friends and possibly compete with.

I'd appreciate any advice on becoming a better brewer and how to get to know more about the Brewing Network.

Cheers!

Welcome!
Glad to have you aboard-

New brewers or old hands, if you have specific things want to fine tune, just ask away!
Or, if you are at the other extreme and that leave you clueless, ask away!
Lots of great info from folks willing to share.

Welcome! What part of Tennessee exactly? I make it up to Nashville to judge when the schedule permits, which is about every other year. Quite a few clubs making good beer up that way.
