Greeting from Murrieta, CA

Howdy Everybody-

I've been listening obsessively to past episodes for the last couple of years - got hundreds of hours of asshattery in during my commute. Finally ready to say hello.

Been brewing extract w/specialty grains since the wife got me a basic setup for Christmas in 2012. Ninth batch in in the fermentor now (temp-controlled mini-fridge I "appropriated" from an energy drink company) - my attempt at a l'il Sumpin Sumpin style beer, adapted from Jamil's APA recipe in BCS. Shold be able to bottle this weekend. So far everything I have made has been drinkable, which I count as a victory. Gonna try the vanilla porter recipe next to try and have ready in time for Thanksgiving.
