New user here from mo. I started by doing wine and mead and now moved into beer and ale. WONDERING IF YOU ALL HAVE ANY SET CHAT ROOM TIMES? Hoping to pick up new techniques and tips as well as help in the wine and mead section as i have made MANY batches of each. Great forum so far :drink :drink :drink

Welcome
There are no recurring chat hours, other than whenever the show is live.

The most chat action happens during The Session on Monday nights. Other shows usually have a few people in there talking but the big one is Mondays. The other shows (Brewing with Style, Brew Strong, Sour Hour, etc) usually have people talking about the content of the show, or at least the same subject. The Session's chat is more, I'll call it "free form".

I finally got around to taking the mead exam this summer. Glad I did.

Not too bad. Very much like the legacy beer exam, but only 3 meads to judge. Also, the meads were given out separately as opposed to interrupting you as you worked on the written questions.
Did a little bit of studying, but definitely could have used more study time.
