All Ales. I go back and forth from juicy west coast american styles to earthy malt driven british styles and an occaisional belgian. My favorite right now is an Evil Twin clone recipe where I throw Mosaics in the flameout and dry hop. So freakin good.
Sounds like my kind of brewing. Just whipped up an ESB today with Progress and EK Goldings hops. The wort was sparkling clear when I read the hydrometer sample.
