Nice to meet everyone on this fine forum, im glad to now be a member. I have limited experience brewing beer but have helped a friend brew three home brews so i am familiar with the process of how to make not so good beer.
I have been in the hobby of mycology for over a decade now. i grow mushrooms. edible/psychedelic w/e its really fun and satisfying.
i also grow these mushrooms of of the spent brewers grain from the local brewery . i have been reading for years and collect supplies for brewing now im ready to take the plunge.
i hope some of you are patient and wiling to offer some help.
