Hey, new user here.

Been listening to the Podcast for awhile and decided to join the forums. Was a partial mash brewer in university and decided to start brewing all grain last april.

Have went overboard TBH

Brewed
2 pales
2 IPAs
1 Flanders (8 months in progress)
Milk Stout
kettle soured raspberry porter
Spontaneous fermented Berliner Weisse
ESB
2 Northern Brown Ales
60 schilling Scottish Ale
80 Schilling Scottish Ale
Saison
so far...

Ordered some gear to build a magnetic stirrer and a BrewPI to improve my starters and temperature control.

Getting ready to start a sour program at home (thanks to American Sour Beers book and the Sour Hour) and start my own yeast cultivation
