I roasted this slab of meat with nothing but 2 tbsp of mustard, 1 tbsp of worchester sauce, salt, pepper and beef broth. I'm eating this with a peice of indian flat bread called naan and a bottle of Allagash Grand Cru.
Awesome stuff, all of it, not the most balanced meal ever, meh, I'll eat a carrot next week.
