So I won a cookbook at the AHA rally this weekend in Northglenn, CO. And felt obligated to cook something out of it today. So after fingering through The Best of American Beer & Food: Pairing and Cooking with Craft Beer by Lucy Sanders. I found that several of the recipes were from our dear friend Sean Paxton. So automatically I chose one of his. I chose to make his Waterzooi, which was amazing and if I can make it anyone can. It really is a great dish for a cold winter night.
