Gotta add Nadia Giosia from Bitchin' Kitchen. Once you get over the way she talks and don't take the show too serious, it's good. It's a comedy cooking show with a hottie. That's it.

I'd second Thomas Keller, at least as a chef. I have no idea what he's up to as a "cooking personality".

Bittman is killer!! I just wasted an hour watching his videos. He's fantastic!! Thanks for the heads up! He's sort of like Anthony Bourdain and Michael Symon had a 60-year-old love child. Good stuff.

+1, definitely.
Giada is hot, no doubt about it, but, being half Italian myself, an Italian woman who uses a rolling pin to stretch pizza dough has nothing to do in an Italian kitchen, at least in my opinion.

Great to see someone mention Justin. Learned many a Cajun Recipe watching his show. Anything he cooked made me hungry.

Alton Brown, for sure. I really enjoyed Emeril Live back in the day. In a Playboy interview, he said, "It ain't rocket science. It's just dumping shit in a bowl." It put cooking into a whole new perspective for me. Now that Food TV doesn't have cooking shows at night, I don't have a favorite. I like Anthony Bourdain, but since he's more a writer for me.
