Ok, I know ot has been a week or so since turkey day... but I was just making a batch of Turkey Bone Gumbo and got to wondering what you guys do with your left over turkey?

I froze my turkey carcus and the drumsticks. Boiled them to make a quick stock and used that for the gumbo. For sausage I use hot links, and serve it with brown rice. Yum!
