I just realized that I had posted in this thread
I usually rely on subscription emails to remind me of my drunken posts :wink:
For some reason I didn't get any.

I'm glad I inspired something good for a change.

I racked mine a week ago to secondary, it tasted awesome, and even more importantly, the wife likes it.
Gravity was at .998
not sure where that puts ABV b/c I forgot where I wrote down the OG,....... I drink a lot

I never really thought about belgian candi sugar, sounds like something I'd like to try.
