I have to admit triple-oh_six, your post is what the got the gears turning for me to do a cider. From your picture, it looks like yours is progressing nicely. My only regret is that I did two gallons instead of five. If this turns out nice, I will crank out a bigger batch in cider.

I will never tire of my Musclemann's in cider.... I may even try making some too.

For some reason I didn't get any.

I'm glad I inspired something good for a change.

I racked mine a week ago to secondary, it tasted awesome, and even more importantly, the wife likes it.
Gravity was at .998
not sure where that puts ABV b/c I forgot where I wrote down the OG,....... I drink a lot

I never really thought about belgian candi sugar, sounds like something I'd like to try.
