Brewing apple wine

Wed Mar 12, 2014 1:43 pm

I brewed my first batch of apple wine in about 2 years and decided to make a video about it

I'm looking forward to this. The only question is to keg it or to bottle it when it is done

What do you guys think? Keg or bottles?

The bigger it is,the more reason to bottle.

I'm going to go against the flow and say keg it. I keg everything. If I end up wanting some bottles i just bottle from the keg. With the keg you can get the carbonation perfect (if its sparkling), and you end up with cleaner clearer product.
