Ahh.... I did try boiling and got little to no response. So I tried adjusting the regulator.... zip.... Good thing I tried another round of boiling because it seems to have done the trick this time! I boiled for about 15 minutes. I am quite surprised it got so clogged since I've only used it for a handfull of brews and have never touched the stone with my fingers. Thanks guys.

The price for a fill of food grade oxygen was origionally misquoted to me. I just picked up my 40 pound tank and the fills are 32 bucks. Thats a nice savings.

I am guessing I could use medical grade oxygen? I work in EMS and have all kinds of tanks and regulators around. I have just been sticking my Mix-Stir/Wine Whip on the drill and giving the wort a few bursts to oxygenate. What kind of O2 flow are you all using to oxygenate with?

I've noticed that, too. The way I figure it must work, is that opening the regulator allows lotsa gas to go into the tubing between tank and stone. That gas still has to squeeeeeeze its way out through the pores of the stone, which happens more slowly. Even if you quickly shut the flow off at the regulator, it will still take some time for that pressure inside the tubing to dissipate itself out through the stone.

The B3 setup I have doesn't measure the flow. I just turn the regulator up until I see bubbles, and then I turn it down slowly until the bubbles nearly stop.

HMM, will have to check this out. A regulator on a medical tank flows between 0.5 and 25 liters per minute.
