I forgot to oxygenate

Sun May 04, 2008 5:45 am

Yesterday morning I pitched my starter into a lager. This morning, almost 24 hours later, I realized I didn't oxygenate. There are small co2 bubble on the surface but no real visible activity.

Should I oxygenate now? Or is it just to late?

I say too late... I wouldn't risk it.
