Ya know just yesterday Liz was telling me I had problems with basking in the knowledge of other brewers, to the point of OCD. I had to argue its better than me wasting time on online games, and that I am at least learning something. ... Even if it is from someone that forgets to put the oatmeal in their oatmeal stout! :crazybitch:

Well, a squid eating dough in a polyethylene bag is fast and bulbous. Got me? That said, I have no idea what you are talking about WhiteBeard. Maybe it will make more sense after one more tasty Centennial IPA.

Hahaha! He thought you were me, since I've also got a "Liz" and also the whole online gaming reference. :) Happy brewing brother.

@c0ff33d

opening a fridge might quickly change the temp of the air around the carboy as the cold air will just slide out the bottom and get replaced with warm air. that being said, 5g liquid is pretty temperature stable and will not easily change temperature. when you close the refrigerator door, you'll eventually hear the compressor kick on and it can very quickly get that ambient air temp down again. my guess is that your wort temperature will not change at all.
