looking for Wyeast 3822 Ingelmunster

Sun Oct 19, 2008 6:34 am

..... trying to source this current out of production yeast.

Just got back from Toronto and drank Kasteel Bruin at the Fat Belgian.
I was blown away by the malty depth and character of this beer - love at first sip.
I have uncovered a recipe in "Beer Captured".
Other sources strongly recommend Wyeast 3822 Ingelmunster, aka Dutch Castle yeast.
This was last released by Wyeast in April - June 2007.
Anyone have a tip on currently finding this yeast?
Any yeast farmers got a spare vial?
thanks,
JJ

I tried making a quick lambic out of that yeast. I tried to find it again but couldn't find it anywhere at all.
