I keg so no prob there. I have never used gelatin, does polyclar only strip out protein haze? I usually throe w bit of that in each keg.

Do u guys drop the initiql ibu on recipes you drink early? I have everything I need for the tasty apa and I will probably use wlp 90 because it flocks out so much better.

Gelatin's super simple & will take out the yeast regardless of how well it flocs. No experience with PolyClar though. I never drop IBUs, but I also wouldn't call my method 'early'. Standard MO. Actually waiting that 4th week usually doesn't happen & I start drinking them green... mostly cause I don't care :wink: But since you've got that whole week, you'll be good. Regarding the IBU question, aroma's going to drop out long before bitterness, so there's not much point in adjusting the IBUs (unless if you want to turn them to 11, of course :D )
