Uhhh...suuure. I didn't drink while brewing so there were no catastrophes. I'll send in the beer and see what they think. I understand that the Brewing With Style show is an answer to all of the complaints of, "this isn't a homebrewing network anymore", and "you guys don't connect with us the way you used to", but I've listened to a couple of shows, and I'm still not sure how it's going to work in its current format. We'll see what happens.

Brewing up JZ's Pale ale from Brewing classic styles, switched out the Centennials for Armarillo hops. Its chugging along in the boil and is smelling beautiful. Plus it is perfect weather to rock the in the front yard for brewing. Here comes Spring!!!

Turned on my HLT & RIMS at 2 this morning, just got home from work & I'm a couple degrees shy of doughing in. Hopefully nothing else breaks. 3 months of one disaster after another, shit falling apart, breaking & getting just about every defective product known to man... this beer better be good. The MLT shall be blessed with a single malt & a sour shortly.
