Smoking brisket in the is the only way to do it. Enjoy your Easter brisket. I also find it funny that you show how much you like Fulham, Ive been a NUFC fan for about 8 years, when I started playing with friends and we didnt have a local team in WA. Now I have the Sounders, So Ive kind of fallen off the Newcastle bus.

Being from the great state of Texas, smoked brisket is a pretty common meal. I'll do two or three briskets during the summer. We do baked ham for Easter in our house. But as long as it's meat (tee hee) it's all good.
