Just about ready to drain my mash tun for my oktoberfest for the final round of NHC. Short on time yes, but will see how it ages.

Just got 22L of Nate's Scottish 60 to my fermentor.... tried some golden naked oats in this one instead of the lighter crystal (I guess it isn't Nate's 60 any more).... we will see...... down side is it is 11pm and I need to be up at 6.... Always good to brew though.

Not brewing today. But I am prepping for tomorrow: Blonde Ale and I will use rice flakes! Suck it, Charlie.

Single hopped pale with El Dorado.

Never used them before, but I hear good things, so we will see. Finally some solid nice weather here in the front range!

I just did one of those not too long ago. I would highly suggest using something else for your bittering addition. A neutral magnum would work well, otherwise I'd lean towards CTZ. Galena is probably a good choice as well. The El-D's don't have a great bittering property. Very soft, almost soapy.

Maibock. I'm not sure I know how to make a beer with only one oz of hops. Just doesn't seem right; my hop rocket looks lonely.

Brewing an American Pilsner for a homebrew contest. I actually don't like the style, but I feel like I have to test my skills with the pils. Unfortunately, that means that I'll be drinking, and I apologize in advance for any drunken posts that I will no doubt make. :unicornrainbow:
