Getting ready to sparge my summertime kolsch. Man, do I need to catch up on brewing some light beers for the hotter weather. Always behind!

Finally did the Litchenheimer.... I think the grain may have gone slack in the wait :( also, missed virtually every number. Not sure if that was the slack grain or incompetence....

brewed up some Roggenbier, it went very well, also smoked up some ribs, and pork loin while brewing. Check out the Pork thread for info. Damn it has been a fantastic day, and there is a session tonight!

Nobody on this forum brewed since June 10th? Come on pussies! Getting ready to heat up a couple twotree hundred gallons with the club's 7bbl toys. Southern English Brown.
