I'm planning to brew a Berliner Weisse soon, but I'm afraid to bring lacto into my house. I have to make sure I have extra tubing before I do, because I'll probably replace it when I'm done with it.

Rebrewing my Carrot Cake Ale again today. Took an award for "Most Creative Beer" at a brewery sponsored competition a couple months ago (was 4th place in best of show). This time I am able to go back to my original recipe of a couple years ago with a couple of tweaks. You should have enough time, but it is rather time consuming.
