Did my first partial-mash with the pumpkin and some 6-row.
Listened to the Russian River show from 2010.
I love Vinnie. Sorry Natalie.
Also baked a couple loaves of bread. A good Sunday.

Finally. First brew since June 12th and I've had to start buying beer![]()
Doing 11 gallons of Pale Ale with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Columbus. Hopefully I'll be brewing a porter in the next few days.

May 9th hereBut I am putting in the last layer of (structural) floor in the brewery today. Another step closer. Unfortunately with the revelation that the 1st layer wasn't going to be enough & liquid nails failure I have to make a new runner for the exposed edge since the old one won't be tall enough anymore. Then there's just the decorative layer, sealing it up, the FRP & a couple minor tweaks. The end is in sight!

Well hurry the F up already!
Unfortunately I had no excuse. Summer time just gets too damn hot and busy.

The IIC (that's Idiot In Charge) didn't buy enough plywood or screws... or more like they got used in other projects. Luckily I don't need the window panel for the A/C from the old apartment which just happened to be the same kind of ply. I'm not going to town for a week or 3, but I was able to get in touch with someone who needed to run to town & is bringing me some screws a bit later today. It'll get wrapped up tomorrow morning. After that floor & getting the lawn mowed, it's beer thirty.
