Just done with a double brew: Pilsner Urquell clone + Saison.... damn, I am tired!!

2am and just finished a wet hop Citra only IIPA. Fuck UPS and their 8:30pm deliveries.

I just stuffed a pound and a half of hops into this Pliney Clone... The carboy cap didn't stay on, so I had to tamp it down with a broom handle first.

Starting the boil on Bugeater's Winter Warmerized Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Amber. So far, an uneventful brew day.

Just about to pitch a pack of Wyeast's Berliner-Wiesse into the fermentor for my first sour beer attempt!
