Excellent; can't wait to try it! Pitched at 61, and the temp still hasn't risen, but it's chugging along nicely. I might bump it with a little heat, if it's still hanging there tonight.

Just finished my American Wheat. Only took 4.5 hours. I love the march pump I got for xmas. No more lifting 5 gallons of boiling hot water over my head.

Got my mash going for dark mild with the no sparge method. Building up a fat yeast cake for a nice English Barleywine. Should be a classic ager! Happy New Years Day BN!

I have a Scottish ale chugging along in the carboy right now. Its Jamil's recipe with the specialty malts. I added more base malt to bring the OG up to 1.058. Too many session beers on tap right now I need something a little bigger. Should be on tap for the Super Bowl that the Lions will be playing in!
