Just finished my Gunga Din IPA. Summit, Columbus and Galena. Pitching WLP 090.
40F here in MN today. Brewed out on the deck w/o a coat! Global Warming, I love you! :-)
Gimme oysters and beer (and Durian) for dinner every day of the year...

Starting a 24 hour (or more, depending on flavor) sour mash for a berlinner weisse right now. Going to try to get most of the sourness from the mash and add brett after a clean primary ferment.

Getting ready to fire up the kettle and brew up an extract kit form northern brewer the sweet stout kit. Love that beer this is the second year in a row brewing it for st patty's day celebrations. Going to use up the saved yeast slurry from the last denny's fav 50 beer I did. That yeast is great for this style leaves the malt flavor but ferments down low.

Brewed my "Brittish Invasion" Dry Hopped English Red yesterday. 1st time for this recipe. Also kegged my whiskey oaked stout to sit on the oak a few days. :aaron
