Trying to finish up my last few brews for the first round of NHC! I brewed a cream ale yesterday and have a dunkel in the fermenter that will be a push to finish in time. I also have berliner that I hope sours up a little bit more in the next two weeks before I bottle.

Brewing an all-Columbus IPA. Drinking an IPA. In shorts! 65 degrees in MN! It doesn't get much better than this.
Gimme oysters and beer (and Durian) for dinner every day of the year...

Brewinghard thanks, and I hope to see you in the second round with a berliner again this year. Yeah I slacked off in January and most of February, I didnt really plan on entering to many and then I decided to get these last few in. I should be able to fill the sour category this year except i dont think my berliner will be sour enough to do as well as I would like.

Glad to hear another BN'er took advantage of the warm and windy Saturday in MN.

I hit all my numbers and had a productive and very exhausting double brew day. Brewed Green Flash West Coast IPA from CYBI and a IPA-Red Ale hybrid recipe I formulated. Two beers and 17 oz of hops, this should be interesting.

Just finished up an ESB. Going to use the yeast cake for a big bad Old Ale.
